We recommend handwashing for all of our items to reduce chance of breakage and to maintain the integrity of design.
We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We have a 10 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your return fee will be deducted from your refund amount, no additional payments needed. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a return or exchange request.
Our glassware is packaged securely in gift boxes. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.
